What counts as a screen?
A screen is one active display running OmmaSign: one display is one screen, a video wall counts as the number of displays it spans, and a media player driving a single display counts as one screen. Tell us your screen count and we will scope a quote around it.

Packaging questions, answered
- Why are there no prices on this page?
- OmmaSign is quoted, not listed. What a rollout costs depends on how many screens you run, which add-ons you need, and whether you buy through a partner, so a single sticker price would mislead more often than it helped. Tell us your screen count and locations and we will come back with a figure, usually the same day.
- Which package should I start with?
- Business covers a single site or a handful of screens with scheduling, full device management, and live support. Professional is the multi-location tier: live data, HTML and website content, ad slots, analytics, integrations, and API access. Enterprise adds governance, custom roles, audit logs, and network controls for large or regulated estates. If you are between two, the matrix above is the fastest way to see what tips it.
- How does buying through a partner work?
- OmmaWorks sells through a network of partners who scope, quote, and support locally. A partner knows your market and your hardware, and is usually the fastest route to a working rollout. Tell us your market and we will connect you with one.
- What about add-ons and bespoke development?
- Core widgets are included on the plans shown in the table. Integrations marked Quoted are scoped per project on Professional and Enterprise, as is any bespoke development. Ask us for a proposal and we will scope it before anything is built.
- What counts against my usage limits?
- Devices, monthly uploads, and media storage are unlimited on every package, so a big library or a busy upload month costs you nothing extra. User seats are the one place the packages step: 3 on Business, 5 on Professional, unlimited on Enterprise. The one metered figure is bandwidth per device per month: 5 GB on Business, 10 GB on Professional, 15 GB on Enterprise. If you approach it we flag it and walk you through the options.
- Can I move between packages?
- Yes. Move up whenever you need scheduling, richer content, integrations, or governance, and the change applies from your next cycle. Nothing you have built needs rebuilding.
