1. Personal data we process

OmmaWorks collects the following categories of personal data:

• Identity data: name, surname.
• Communication data: mobile phone, e-mail address.
• Content data: any content uploaded that may be considered personal data.
• Other data: IP address.

2. Methods and legal grounds of processing

Personal data is collected automatically when you subscribe to and use the OmmaWorks websites and products, and when you upload content. We process this data to fulfil our legal obligations and for OmmaWorks's legitimate interests, without harming your fundamental rights and freedoms. We additionally measure aggregate site traffic using Vercel Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and stores no IP address: visitors are counted via a temporary hash of the request that is discarded within 24 hours and cannot be used to identify you or follow you across other sites.

3. Purposes of processing

Your personal data is processed to:

• Fulfil our legal obligations.
• Provide system access and display content on electronic screens.
• Protect our websites and ensure transaction security.
• Notify users about changes and maintenance.
• Respond to user inquiries.

4. Transfer of personal data (domestic and international)

Personal data is transferred within Türkiye only to fulfil legal obligations, including responding to requests from courts and authorities. Users' personal data is not transferred to third parties abroad by OmmaWorks.

5. Your rights

Under the KVKK, you may:

• Request confirmation of whether your personal data is processed.
• Learn the purposes of processing and whether data is used accordingly.
• Request information about any parties to whom data has been transferred.
• Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, and notification of third parties.
• Request deletion of your data under the conditions of Article 7 of the Law.
• Object to outcomes that arise solely from automated processing to your detriment.
• Claim compensation for damages caused by unlawful processing.

Requests must be submitted in writing and include your name, identity information, and contact details. OmmaWorks will conclude requests within thirty days, free of charge.
